Ramadhaan over, Eid Mubarak to all!

Assalaamualaikum wa rehmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu.

So Ramadhaan is over. Our yearly spiritual workshop has ended! As we rejoice with Eid celebrations let us make a firm determination to ensure that we carry on with positive changes we made in ourselves in this Blessed month.

While some of us would return to how they were before playing the ‘Ramadhaan Muslim’, others would look back and evaluate on how their Ramadhaan was, what new and positive acts they did; but the best time to evaluate how our Ramadhaan was would be just before the beginning of the next Ramadhaan, inshaAllaah. What I mean is that our Ramadhaan and the good acts we did in the month should reflect and be carried on in the next eleven months and help us to be a good Muslim throughout the year; so that we can train ourselves to be even better Muslims in the next Ramadhaan, inshaAllaah.

Also a piece of advice, now that we have eleven months to go before next Ramadhaan, do all your research and study about the number of Rak’ah of Taraweeh, moon sighting issues etc etc. So that we do not have those petty fights and wastage of time when we should be preparing ourselves for the Blessed Month when it arrives.

But for the time being, Eid Mubarak to all. Eidun Farhan :D

TaqabbalAllaahu minnaa wa minkum. May Allaah Accept (the worship) from us and from you. May Allaah Forgive our shortcomings, Grant us forgiveness, Cause us to witness many more Ramadhaan, Help us to worship Him more and be consistent in them.. Aameen.
